How do I register
and why do I need to?
Registering with Make Me Smooth
is quick, easy, and best of all it's free. To register, simply click on the
REGISTER option in either the TOP or BOTTOM toolbars from any page on the
website.
A member registration system is
a very good way for Make Me Smooth to streamline your check out process. It
enables us to offer our members unique features such as E-ME, Wish List, and
Purchase History.

Why should I
subscribe to the Make Me Smooth Newsletter?
When registering, you have the
option to subscribe to the Make Me Smooth newsletter. The reason we have a
newsletter is to keep our members informed about what is going on at Make Me
Smooth regarding monthly specials, new scents, and newly launched products.
If you do not wish to receive our information
packed newsletters, you may un-subscribe by logging in and setting the
newsletter option to "No Thanks".
How do I LOG
IN/LOG Off?
To log into Make Me Smooth, you
must first register. When registering you select a username and password of your
choice that you must use to LOGIN. Click the LOGIN option at the TOP or BOTTOM
toolbars from any page on the website. Provide your username and password and
click "Login Now".
If your LOGIN was successful,
you will see additional Member options under the TOP toolbar. You will also
notice that the LOGIN option you just clicked has now changed to LOGOFF. This of
course is your LOGOFF option.
I have forgotten
my LOGIN information, what should I do?
It is a good idea to keep
your registration email but in the case of losing your LOGIN details, you must
click on LOGIN, then click on "FORGOT YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION?". This
option will ask you for your email address and your LOGIN information, which will
then be sent
to your email account.
How do I find
and use my registration discount coupon?
When you register with Make
Me Smooth, you will receive a complimentary 10% discount coupon. You may view
and use any coupon you receive at Make Me Smooth by first LOGGING IN, and then
clicking on MY
COUPONS. You will
find your discount coupon/s in this section of the website.
To use an active coupon, simply
click the coupon code. This will automatically add this coupon to that order.
Please Note:
Coupons are only de-activated once your complete order has been processed.
Therefore, if you add a coupon to an order which you do not complete, your coupon
will still remain active.
Does Make Me
Smooth have multiple currencies?
Yes, Make Me Smooth has
multiple currencies. At present our website is able to handle both USD and CAD
currencies.
When I left the
Make Me Smooth website and then came back, MY TUB was empty! Why?
This is due to a security feature
at Make Me Smooth. When you enter the Make Me Smooth website, you are issued a
unique Session ID. This Session ID is your identification code when using the
website. Your tub, check out information, and other details of your session at
Make Me Smooth are stored against this Session ID.
Therefore, once you leave the
site and come back, you will be issued a brand new Session ID, and there will be
no tub information that will be associated with this new Session ID.
If this becomes a problem, you
will need to open a new browser window and keep Make Me Smooth minimized while
you're browsing the other website(s).
Can I retrieve
my order information from the Make Me Smooth website?
Yes, most definitely. When
you place any order with Make Me Smooth, that order is automatically added to
your MY
PURCHASES. This is
your purchase history, where you may view or print any previous order you have
placed with Make Me Smooth. You may track an order placed if a tracked
shipping method is selected. You may re-order any product from your previous orders by
clicking the ADD button next to that item.

I chose a
tracked option, how can I check the shipping status?
You may track your order by
clicking on that order listed under MY
PURCHASES. MY
PURCHASES is a
record of orders you have placed with Make Me Smooth.
You must click VIEW to
access your order, then click on the TRACK ORDER
option.
Please Note:
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email stating the date,
time, and tracking number (if available) of your order. Therefore if you choose a
tracked option, and the TRACK ORDER option is grayed out, then your order is
still being processed.
How do I order
a Bath and Body product?
- Select the desired Category
from the side menu.
- Select which product you
wish to view.
- Step 1: Select size you wish
to add to MY TUB
- Step 2: Select desired
scent(s)
- Click the BUY NOW button.
Repeat these steps for each of
the BATH & BODY products you wish to purchase, then click on MY TUB and
then PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. Follow the check out steps.
Once I add a
product to MY TUB, can I change my selected scents/products?
No, the tub set up does not
allow for editing of additional information such as scents/products. In this
case you will need to remove this item from your tub and add them with the
corrections made.
How come some
entries in MY TUB allow me to change the quantity and others do not?
The items that do not allow you to
add multiple quantities will generally be custom products such as Bath &
Body items and samples. This has been done to actually reduce confusion when
adding products to MY TUB and it's very easy to see exactly which products
and number of products you have ordered.
Another reason is that you are
unable to edit entries added to MY TUB, therefore if you add 3 Custom items
and you need to change just one, you would need to delete all three and add all
three again.
What is the
"Scent Menu Bar" and how would I use it?
The Scent Menu Bar is a full
listing of all available scents and descriptions of these scents.
You would use the Scent Menu
Bar when ordering Bath and Body products. Although you will be provided with a
full list of scents to select from when ordering these products, you may wish to
research the scents by reading the scent descriptions or by searching for
particular scents and/or scent notes using the Scent Menu Bar. The Scent Menu Bar can be found on
the home page of the website or in the ORDER ITEM section when
viewing Bath and Body products.
The Scent Menu Bar also
has a search option which you may find useful when looking for a particular
scent. View

What are these
Member Specials I keep seeing in MY TUB?
Make Me Smooth has a wide range
of Member Specials that we offer to our Members on a monthly basis. Any active
special will automatically appear in MY TUB, so you are aware of what is
currently active.
