Make Me Smooth - Shopping @ MMS
  • Make Me Smooth accepts the following forms of payment:

    ~Secure Credit Card - Make Me Smooth accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX,  Discover Credit Cards, and many more, via PayPal's payment gateway. To make a credit card payment, please select SECURE CREDIT CARD from the payment options on the check out page. Then, when you are directed to PayPal, please click on the CONTINUE button to enter your credit card details.

  • ~Paypal - Make Me Smooth accepts direct PayPal payments including E-Checks and/or Bank transfers.

  • Make Me Smooth does not accept any personal checks and/or money orders.

  • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation with your purchase order number will arrive to your email address shortly after your order has been placed. You will also receive a second email confirmation once your order ships.

  • Once your order is placed, and is in the "payment processed" stage, NO CHANGES will be made to the order. 

  • If you need to cancel your order once it is in the processing stage, a $10.00 USD/CAD cancellation fee will apply.

  • When placing an order, if you intend on using a coupon code, you must ensure this coupon code has been added before completing the check out process as NO COUPONS will be added once an order has been received by Make Me Smooth.

  • Only one coupon code may be used per order, however a coupon code may be used in conjunction with any ongoing member special/s and sometimes in conjunction with Bargain Basin specials.

  • Due to often having longer turn around times, it may occur that your credit card will be charged before your order actually ships. Please be rest assured that your order will ship within the stated turn around time, and if there are any delays I will notify customers either via newsletter or on our general forum. 

  • Prices of any item on the Make Me Smooth website are subject to change at any time and without notice.

  • Make Me Smooth is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

    Monday to Friday, 9 am EST to 4 pm EST.

  • Turn around times may vary depending on the volume of orders. Current turn around times are stated on the website. 

  • Shipping is calculated during the check out process. Shipping charge is based on weight of package, destination, and your chosen method of shipping.

  • Delivery times will vary depending on location and your chosen shipping method: 

    US BOUND:
  • 5-10 business days - Canada Post/USPS - USA (AIR-Untracked) - no insurance.
  • 6-9 business days - Expedited Parcel - USA (SURFACE-Tracked)  - $100 insured. (Any additional coverage is extra $, therefore please email to set up extra coverage)
  • 4-7 business days - XpressPost - USA (AIR-Tracked) - $100 insured. (Any additional coverage is extra $, therefore please email to set up extra coverage)

Canada Bound:

  • 3-7 business days  - Expedited Parcel (SURFACE-Tracked) - Canada - $100 insured. (Any additional coverage is extra $, therefore please email to set up extra coverage)
  • 2-5 business days - XpressPost (AIR-Tracked) - Canada - $100 insured. (Any additional coverage is extra $, therefore please email to set up extra coverage)

International:

  • 10-21 business days - International (AIR-Untracked) - no insurance.
  • 4-8 business days - Xpresspost - International (AIR-Tracked) - $100 insured (Any additional coverage is extra, therefore please email to set up extra coverage)

  • Outside Canada orders may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees based on each specific country's regulations. We cannot be held responsible for these actions or for reimbursement of any customs' fees and/or taxes. Make Me Smooth is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied with your local laws.
  • For international orders outside Canada and the USA: Orders can take up to 30 days to process through customs. Some countries may hold packages in customs for longer periods of time. 

  • If a parcel is damaged or lost using an insured/tracked shipping method (Xpresspost, Expedited, International (SURFACE-Tracked)), Make Me Smooth will proceed to file a claim with Canada Post for the insured amount of the damaged item/s or the insured amount of an order lost in transit. Once the claim is approved (this usually takes about 14 business days), a credit will be issued to Make Me Smooth. Once the credit is issued, Make Me Smooth will then issue a full refund for the insured item/s/amount. This process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. 

  • Make Me Smooth is not responsible for any transit damage or transit loss that may occur with an uninsured/untracked shipping method. Please select an insured/tracked shipping method if this is a concern for you. Insured/Tracked shipping options are: Expedited Parcel to USA and Canada, Xpresspost to USA, Canada, and International, and International (SURFACE-Tracked) and are all insured for up to $100. If additional coverage is wanted by the customer, then any additional coverage must be paid for separately, by the customer, once order is placed. 

  • Make Me Smooth reserves the right to change the shipping method chosen by the customer, and apply any applicable discounts. 

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, refunds are not accepted on any Bath and Body products. Make Me Smooth offers samples and travel sizes for most Bath and Body products, therefore if you are unsure of a product and/or scent, please sample them first before ordering a full-sized product.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction to any Make Me Smooth product, Make Me Smooth will not be held liable. Our products are made with the finest of ingredients, however a sensitivity/allergic reaction to a product and/or ingredient may occur even with the finest of ingredients. Please read ingredients available on the Make Me Smooth website.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is being returned due to an error on Make Me Smooth's part.

  • If a shipment is returned to Make Me Smooth due to customer refusal, the customer was unavailable to receive the shipment, or the customer failed to pick up their parcel at the post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

  • Make Me Smooth holds your privacy in high regards. Any information Make Me Smooth receives from you will NEVER be shared with anyone, and will only be used to communicate with you for ordering purposes and/or if you request any additional information, such as advice or product related questions.
